What is an Emergency and Mass Notification System?
An Emergency and Mass Notification System is used to send out time-sensitive notifications in a rapid and efficient manner. Messages can be sent via email, text message, and or voice call.
What will the system be used for?
Our Emergency and Mass Notification System will be used by the Memorial Villages' Directors of Emergency Management and Emergency Management Coordinator to deliver important messages to our residents.
What is an opt-in site?
An opt-in site allows our residents to add their contact information to our notification system's contact database. We have been provided with a contact database; however it may not contain (or may not contain all of) your contact information. Therefore, if you want to ensure that we have your contact information in our notification system's database, and you want to be able to receive alerts to multiple addresses (phone, email, and text message), then, you may choose to add your contact information through the opt-in site.
How will information from the opt-in site be used?
Contact information added via the opt-in site will only be used by persons designated by the Memorial Villages' Directors of Emergency Management and Emergency Management Coordinator to deliver important notifications. We understand that your information is private and have taken steps to ensure that it will remain private.
